Sand Rivers Selous lies in close proximity to Steigler's Gorge, Lake Tagalala and the Beho Beho hot springs – all in the Selous Game Reserve. There are numerous daily flights to Kiba airstrip from Dar es Salaam, Zanzibar, Ruaha, Mafia, Pemba, and northern Tanzania.
You will fly into the Selous Game Reserve, where you will land at Kiba airstrip. A short safari drive and you will arrive at Sand Rivers Selous. Alternatively, it is around a 6-hour drive from Dar es Salaam depending on the weather and the state of the roads.
