From this Tanzania game lodge in Ngorongoro Crater, guests can take guided walks into the Ngorongoro Crater Conservation Area forest, following animal trails and seeing wildlife in their natural habitat. Elephant, Buffalo and Lion live in this region and at night guests can hear magical sounds of the African bush. Crater Forest Tented Camp is different from any other Tanzania game lodge in Ngorongoro Crater in that it is situated on a coffee estate high above sea level, bordering on the Ngorongoro Crater Conservation Area (NCCA) and its magnificent forest. Guests are able to explore various mountain bike paths, investigate coffee growing and enjoy a Maasai guided cultural tour.
In camp, residents can relax over sundowners or twilight dinners on their private veranda’s and enjoy astonishing landscape views. Romantic hurricane lamps light up the bar, paths and tents. An excellent mix of African and international cuisine using fresh local ingredients is served in the bar and restaurant.
